Terms and conditions

Check-In:

The customer is required to respect the times indicated for check-in.
The structure is equipped with access via a personal uni number code lock temporary valid for the entire period of the stay.

Check Out

The customer is required to respect the times indicated for check-out.
Once the period of stay has ended, the personal uni access code will be revoked and it will no longer be possible to access the CHALET MATILDE.

Early check-out is non-refundable

1. Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am.
2. The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services until the invoices are completely paid.
3. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to rooms caused by themselves, their friends or anyone responsible.
4. Management is not responsible for guests' personal and valuable items, such as money, jewelry or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
5. Free safes, in compliance with the terms and conditions of use, are available in the rooms.
6. Regardless of charging instructions, guest acknowledges that they are personally responsible for paying all charges accrued on behalf of guests during their stay.
